For this residential renovation, my two classmates and I redesigned the client’s kitchen, full bath, and half bath. We aimed to create cohesive concepts that blended modern and farmhouse elements, giving the homeowner clear visuals to help guide future renovations.

I focused on the full bathroom, designing it to feel calm and inviting with soft blue tones, warm wood accents, and matte black fixtures. The modern farmhouse blend comes through in the clean vanity, classic lighting, and simple coastal artwork. These renderings help the client visualize how the space could look after a full renovation.
