For this project, I designed Grain & Green, a full-service sandwich restaurant paired with a complementary retail bakery. The concept brings together fresh, wholesome dining with an inviting shopping experience, allowing guests to enjoy artisan sandwiches while browsing house-made breads, baked goods, and branded merchandise. The atmosphere reflects the essence of a full-service restaurant: warm hospitality, intentional ambiance, and a memorable visit from the moment guests walk in.

I was responsible for creating the restaurant interior, retail space, and outdoor dining area, each designed to showcase a cohesive brand identity. The overall aesthetic centers around natural materials, an earthy bohemian style, and a balance of matte black and polished gold accents. These elements work together to create a grounded, warm, and modern environment. In the dining space, seating is planned with comfortable spacing (12–15 sq. ft. per guest) to encourage guests to relax and enjoy their meal. The retail area features accessible displays and clean sightlines to highlight bakery items, while the outdoor space extends the experience with natural textures and inviting seating options.

Together, the interiors and exterior create a unified atmosphere that celebrates freshness, craftsmanship, and community—capturing the spirit and identity of Grain & Green.
